These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Katie Lynn Homes & Design website and services, including purchases of physical products and interior design services. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Online Store Terms
You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes. You must not transmit harmful code or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or service information are error-free. We may correct errors at any time without notice.
4. Products & Services
All products, including custom wood cutting boards and home décor items, are offered in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
Natural Wood Disclaimer:
Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, tone, texture, knots, and natural markings are normal and not considered defects. Damage resulting from improper care, water exposure, or failure to follow oiling and maintenance instructions is not covered under our replacement policy.
5. Interior Design Services
Consultations and design services are non-refundable. By booking a service, you agree to any stated pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
6. Order Accuracy & Billing Information
You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion.
7. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped from Utah unless otherwise noted. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or incorrect items.
Damage or Incorrect Item Claims:
We will replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect, subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Shipping for replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, natural wood variations, improper care, or failure to follow product instructions.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges on any products.
9. All Sales Final
Except in the case of damaged or incorrect items, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from use of our website, products, or services.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for illegal activities, to violate intellectual property rights, or to upload malicious code.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katie Lynn Homes & Design from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
